How Our Clear Aligners Work
Dr. McInnis uses advanced 3D imaging technology to create a digital model of your teeth. Based on this model, we create a series of custom-made aligners you'll wear for 1 – 2 weeks each over 18 months to two years.
Each aligner makes gradual adjustments to the position of your teeth until they’re in their perfect position, leaving you with a healthy, happy smile — all without brackets or wires!

With over 20 years of experience using Invisalign, Spark, and uSmile clear aligners, Dr. McInnis has the experience to bring out the best in your smile. It’s important to remember that the aligners are only a tool – it’s what you do with it that matters!
We Treat Transfer Cases
Not only has Dr. McInnis treated patients with clear aligners for over two decades, but he also accepts transfer cases with Spark aligners and uLab aligners.
Dr. McInnis can even take care of surgical cases with aligners!
Our Process
This treatment process starts with your free consultation with Dr. McInnis at our Clemson or Seneca office. We’ll take this time to evaluate your teeth and talk about your treatment goals.
If you and Dr. McInnis decide that clear aligners are the right option for you, we'll take a 3D scan of your teeth and create a custom treatment plan based on your specific needs.
Once your custom aligners are ready, you will wear them for approximately 20-22 hours daily. You will switch to a new set of aligners every one to two weeks as your teeth gradually move into the correct position.
Dr. McInnis will monitor your progress regularly to ensure your treatment is on track.
